Dave Granlund cartoon in memory of Jacob Wetterling, whose remains were recently found and identified 27 years after the 11-year-old boy was abducted. An advocacy group founded by his parents led to a U.S. law, the Wetterling Act, that requires states to maintain sex offender registries.
